We just purchased a beautiful Toyota 4 Runner from the best sales team I've ever dealt with! We worked mainly with Assistant Manger Steven Cox, who really went above and beyond in helping us get great financing, getting all the paperwork set to go before we even arrived, and treated us like VIP's throughout the entire process. Steve is from the old school- he puts customers first, exceeds all expectations, and is honest and trustworthy- what he promises, he delivers. The price he quoted was the price we paid, and he shopped around overnight to get us a great loan rate. We also met Naldo, who showed us some 4 x 4 basics on the 4 Runner, and Duane the Manager, who handled all the tags and insurance red tape. The owner even stopped by and told us how his parents built the business from scratch, and how he now has over 700 vehicles in inventory. We drove 130 miles to make the deal, but I'd have driven twice that just to buy from Shannon Motors. These guys are great!

One of the most pleasant buying experiences I have had. My sales person, Mac, was friendly, courteous and laid back. Truck was ready when I got to the dealership. No hassle or pressure whatsoever. Negotiations were amicable and swift. Was on my way in just over an hour. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
